If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of claimed infringement (a "takedown notice") to our designated agent using the information below. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing.
Filing a Takedown Notice
To be effective, your written notice must include substantially all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it, such as the specific URL or page on our website.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our designated agent. To be effective, a counter-notice must include substantially all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
